I just pulled into this hotel hoping for a room as I was late for a wedding. I was blown away by the service. I was given an upgrade of rooms. I am so Thrilled with my suite 2. It’s magnificent. I ordered room service when I got back from the wedding and I couldn’t believe the delicious spread. The two Tasneem’s are incredible and made my stay so wonderful. Shepard was so helpful and amazing. I met the owner of the restaurant who served the most amazing vegetarian food for me! It was a treat! I’ll be back again and again Device like this rarely exists these days. I felt so loved and spoilt. I honestly felt like I was royalty. That’s how they made me feel. I love the bathroom, the entire room! What a stunning experience! Don’t think just book right away! It’s like old world meets modern chic! And so fresh and tasteful! Love love love it!!

An amazing place steeped in history and filled with art. Service was fantastic. Cuisine fit for an monarch. The interior is an absolete feast for the eyes. This is a real hidden gem.
excellent location ,with the gautrain 100m away . the rosebank mall connects to the hotel making this an ideal location. breakfast was better than any 5 star hotel that ive stayed in.the staff are friendly .Jameela welcomed us with her warm smile. Ozzy the chef came out to make sure our dinner was fine.

Staff went out of their way to accommodate our requests and preferences. I left something behind and checked out but they made special arrangements to get it to me at no charge!
The hotel is a beautiful space in terms of decor, art and design. The staff were friendly and helpful. It felt almost as if we were staying in a home, rather than a hotel. The breakfast (which was complimentary) was excellent and the food in general very good. Having not travelled to Johannesburg very often, I appreciated the shuttle service from and to the airport.
